Super Simple Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the brown sugar, granulated sugar, and melted butter, until evenly combined.
  3. Add in the eggs and vanilla, mixing until smooth.
  4. Add the flour and baking powder, folding the mixture until it forms a smooth dough.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly combined.
  6. Scoop dough into balls and put onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 12 minutes, then serve!

Review:
This recipe is absolutely fantastic and great for beginners. I would recommend using chocolate chunks over chips because they melt better. I also recommend leaving them to cool all the way, as they come out the oven VERY gooey. Overall, you should definitely try this recipe to make some of the freshest and tastiest cookies right in your kitchen!

  1. Heat up skillet to medium heat
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together milk, butter (or oil), and egg. Add dry ingredients to milk mixture; whisk until just moistened (do not overmix; a few small lumps are fine).
  3. Add oil to the pan. Place a scoop of the mixture to the pan and let it cook for 2 minutes. Then flip.
  4. Continue until all the batter has been cooked.
  5. Enjoy!

Review:
This is one of the best pancake recipes I’ve ever cooked! Their pancakes come out so fluffy and light. I would try to cook them for a bit longer, if you put a lot of batter like me. I cooked it for my whole family and they loved it! Definitely recommend it!

Garlic Parmesan Pasta

  1. Heat unsalted butter in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add garlic and cook, stirring frequently, about 1-2 minutes.
  2. Add in the chicken broth, milk, and fettuccine. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Bring the pot to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until pasta is cooked through, about 18-20 minutes.
  4. Stir in Parmesan. If the mixture is too thick, add more milk as needed until desired consistency is reached.
  5. Serve immediately, and top with parsley.

This is a great recipe for beginners and I would recommend trying it. I added chicken and a bit more parmesan. I also recommend not leaving them to cool, as the pasta will get chunky. Overall, you should definitely try this recipe and impress your family or friends!
